Making the decision
It’s not easy to put the ashes of a loved one into the hands of people you don’t know. You may become more comfortable with our service by first reading Home, About Us, Our Service, Your Choices, and Where We Go. Perhaps speaking with others about The Ladies will help to reassure you. We can supply you with references. Feel free to ask for them. You may also read testimonials from those who have already used our services. But most importantly, talk with us directly by phone or email until you achieve the confidence level you need to engage our services.
The Ladies will make every effort to live up to your expectations for the scattering. You may want us to take into account special considerations and we urge you to make those known.

Documentation

Preferences and Pricing Worksheet
Filling out this form will help you make the scattering journey fit your preferences. The Ladies will use it to plan and conduct the journey to your specifications. Using the form, you will tell the Ladies whether you want the journey to be individual or group, where and in what kind of landscape you want the scattering to take place, whether you want to be contacted the day of the journey, and how you want your photos delivered, to name a few. Print out the form, fill it out and add your signature(s).
Authorization and Contract
The Ladies apologize for some of the legal language, but those protecting our interests insist. We have made the form as user friendly as possible and we invite your questions concerning points that may not be clear. Print out the form, fill it out, initial it at the bottom of page 1, and add your signature(s) at the bottom of page 2.
1) Make copies of the completed forms for yourself.

Making Payment
Ladies in White will read your “Preferences and Pricing Worksheet” and “Authorization and Contract,” and will contact you if we need any clarification. Following that, we will deposit your check or send you an email through Paypal called a “Request for Payment.”

You may securely, easily and quickly send payment online. PayPal utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create safe, real-time payment options. Please wait to receive a “Request for Payment” (by email) from Ladies in White before making payment through PayPal. The “Request for Payment” will contain easy steps for making payment, one of two ways:
If you have a PayPal account or want to create one, PayPal will enable the transfer of funds from your bank account to Ladies in White. This type of payment typically clears in three to four days. We will notify you when the payment has cleared so that you may ship the ashes.
If you do not have a PayPal account and prefer not to establish one, PayPal will enable you to make your payment using your credit card. With this method, your payment clears immediately. We will notify you when the payment is posted so that you may ship the ashes. |
Check

If you prefer to pay by check, please make it out to Ladies in White and mail it together with your “Preferences Worksheet” and “Authorization and Contract.” We’ll let you know when we have read and accepted your documentation. The following workday, we will deposit your check. It may take as many as 12 days for your check to clear before we can contact you to request shipment of the ashes. If your check clears earlier, we will contact you immediately so that you may begin shipment.

After you have mailed your package, contact Ladies in White at 406-544-2255 or info@ladiesinwhite.com to let us know your package is on its way. We will notify you as soon as it arrives.
- Ladies in White will personally meet your shipment and photograph its arrival for purposes of verification, and for your peace of mind. If you have an email service, this photo will be emailed to you the day the package arrives. If you do not use an email service, the photo will be added to the record of the journey and mailed to you with the other photographs following the journey.
- You may make arrangements with your funeral director to ship the ashes directly to us if you prefer. In that case, please print out and present the shipping instructions to your funeral director.
- If you want Ladies in White to return the original urn to you, please include a separate check in the package to cover the cost of postage from zip code 59801 to your address, standard ground delivery.
